What to say about today?
Darkness and tenderness
Tears and hope
Crushing anguish and searing grief.
But love prevails and
God is sovereign.
Laughter in the hallway, tears in the corners.
Heavy burdens and tender mercies
Moments of blessing and the armor of light.
Today, tonight I lift the armor of light and wear it for another
